We will exercise reasonable skill and care in providing our services to you. However, we are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the information that you provide to us, or for any loss or damage that may arise as a result of our reliance on this information.

We cannot be held accountable for any incorrect instructions on any document as a draft is sent for approval.

We cannot be held accountable for any incorrect signing on any document.

We will keep your personal and financial information confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without your prior consent, except as required by law.

We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms

Refunds policy.

You have the right to cancel your agreement between the date of your appointment and before your documents are personalised. During this period, if you cancel, you will not have any payments taken out and any payments made will be refunded back to you.

If you fail to meet these requirements, any charges need to be completed will be made.
